MQI is pleased to announce that Gavin Mackie has been promoted to the position of Manager, Workshop & Collision Departments. Gavin’s ability and hard work as Collision Repair Manager for the past five years have not gone unnoticed and is the background to management making the strategic move to bring these two after sales departments together under one management team.
In his new position Gavin will be responsible for the overall operation, the Workshop and Collision Departments and a total team of 50. Nicole Alleyne remains a critical part of the Workshop Team and our customer service operation as she will be taking up the role of Service Reception Manager whilst Stanley Phillips will continue in the role of Team Leader of the Workshop production.
